DO YOU WANT KNOW HOW TO PAY LESS FOR FACEBOOK COST-PER-LINK CLICK? LEARN THIS

SIMPLE TRICK TO PAY LESS FOR FACEBOOK COST-PER-LINK CLICK

As business owner, before you click that ‘run advert’ on Facebook, you should know how to use and maximize it to convert sales.

When running your advert on Facebook, they charge you by the number of reach or by cost per click. For example; if I run an advert with a link that they can click in order for me to get their details or close sales. Facebook may charge me N50 for every one that click that link. That’s what Facebook refers to as cost per link click.

Aha!! This is just too much.

What is cost per link click??

What does it mean?

How do you analyse it?

Facebook ads is like hiring a sales boy to help you promote your product

Cost Per Link Clicks is like when the sales boy tells you that, very single person who asks me, “What are you selling?”, you will pay me N50, it doesn’t matter whether the person buys or not.

As a business owner, you wouldn’t want to pay that much. You would want to pay less so you can reach wide, because most likely, only 1 out of 100 who asks your sales boy what is he selling will likely buy.

So, if 100 people asks him, “What are you selling?”, you are already owing him 7,000.

Aha! That’s too much most especially if it’s a very low-ticket product.

And most especially if people are not many in that location. That’s how to understand Facebook ads with respect to Cost Per Link Clicks and Cost Per Messaging.

So I had to do a tweak.

I expanded my audience size so that Facebook could serve more people my ad.

If it could serve 500 people at time T, most likely, 5 people will click the link.

The more target audience who can see your ad, the less you pay for Cost Per Link Clicks.

So, what’s the bottom line?

Don’t refine your target audience too much to reduce the risk of having ad spend that will wreck you down with little or no results.
